摘要
[研究目的]面向开放科学的知识服务智能化根据任务信息和用户需求,为用户主动提供搜索导航、深度加工、精准推送、决策咨询等方面的内容业务,从而建立起知识资源顺畅流动的通道,最大限度保障了用户对知识资源的共享和按需使用。[研究方法]针对开放科学环境下知识服务存在的发展困境,探讨“人工智能+”破解知识服务困境的逻辑机理,并进一步阐明知识服务智能化的总体架构及驱动机制。[研究结论]考虑到知识服务智能化不能一蹴而就,提出以下三条实现路径,即搭建去中心化的联盟链组织、打造一站式“知识服务链”平台、构建协同生产的激励机制。
[Research purpose]The intelligent knowledge services oriented to open science actively provide users with content services such as search navigation,deep processing,precise push,and decision-making consulting according to task information and user needs,which established a channel of knowledge resource smooth flow and ensured users’sharing and on-demand use of knowledge resource to the maximum extent.[Research method]In view of the development dilemma of knowledge services in the open science environment,this paper discusses the logical mechanism of"AI+"in solving the dilemma of knowledge services,and further expounds the overall framework and driving mechanism of intelligent knowledge services.[Research conclusion]Considering that the intellectualization of knowledge services cannot be achieved overnight,three paths are proposed─building a decentralized alliance chain organization,building a one-stop"knowledge services chain"platform,and building an incentive mechanism for collaborative production.
