摘要
[研究目的]目前关于美国国防情报局的研究不够系统,全面梳理组织重组历程与系统探究组织重组的促动因素是深刻理解美国国防情报局内在变革机理的首要环节。[研究方法]采用跨学科研究法,借鉴组织重组理论,从政治、法律、管理和社会四个维度全面且系统地分析美国国防情报局历次重组的促动因素。[研究结论]美国国防情报局重组是内外部环境相互作用的结果,并且政治因素、法律因素、管理因素和社会因素对于美国国防情报局重组的促动作用存在差异。除此之外,该分析方法可为情报体制领域的相关研究提供参考借鉴。
[Research purpose]At present,there is not enough systematic research on the U.S.Defense Intelligence Agency(DIA),and a comprehensive overview of the organizational reorganization process and a systematic exploration of the motivating factors of organizational reorganization are essential to a deeper understanding of the mechanism of change inherent in the DIA.[Research method]Using an interdisciplinary approach and drawing on organizational reorganization theory,the article comprehensively and systematically analyzes the motivating factors to the various reorganizations of the DIA in four dimensions:Political,legal,managerial,and social.[Research conclusion]The reorganization of the DIA is the result of the interaction of internal and external environments,and there are differences in the contribution of political,legal,managerial,and social factors to the reorganization of the DIA.In addition,the analysis method can be used as a reference for related research in the field of intelligence system.
