Research on the Effective Way of Integrating Labor Education into the Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育和思政教育在高职院校落实立德树人方面担负着关键角色,寻找两者的耦合关系是为了更进一步提升高职院校劳动教育的整体育人效果。劳动教育融入高职院校大思政课具有培养全面发展人的需要、培养社会主义建设者和接班人的需要和巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位三方面的价值。然而劳动教育融入高职院校大思政课面临劳动教育呈现“两张皮”现象、产教融合协同育人的短板明显以及多元社会文化思潮消极影响三方面的现实困境,这需要从深挖课程思政与思政课程中劳动教育资源、守正创新校企产教融合的多元办学模式与弘扬主流文化价值抵制错误社会思潮三方共同着力,有效破解高职院校劳动教育效果的现实瓶颈,增强职业教育的内涵式发展。

Labor education and ideological and political education play a key role in the implementation of building morality and educating people in higher vocational colleges. Looking for the coupling relationship between them is to further improve the overall educational effect of labor education in higher vocational colleges. The integration of labor education into the ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges has three values: the need to train people with all-round development, the need to train socialist builders and successors, and the need to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field. However, the integration of labor education into the major ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges faces three practical difficulties: the phenomenon of “two pieces of skin” in labor education, the obvious shortcomings of the coordinated education of industry and education, and the negative impact of the multicultural ideological trend. This requires joint efforts from three aspects: digging deep into the labor education resources in the ideological and political courses, abiding by and innovating the diversified school running mode of school enterprise industry education integration, and promoting mainstream cultural values and resisting wrong social ideological trends, effectively break the practical bottleneck of the effect of labor education in higher vocational colleges, and enhance the connotative development of vocational education.
