大思政视域下高校辅导员职业能力提升策略研究

Research on the Professional Ability Improvement Strategy of College Counselors under the Ideological and Political Perspective

随着我国当前素质教育的不断推进,对高校思政要求在逐渐提升,辅导员作用较为突出。为了形成大思政格局,高校辅导员要明确自身在其中所扮演的角色,按照现实教育需求,提高自身的职业能力。然而,高校辅导员主动性不足、常规培训机制的不健全等问题依然存在。基于此,本文以大思政为背景,按照现实情况,激励自我实现、制定培养计划、构建三全育人格局、完善管理机制、加强自我教育等方面论述大思政背景下高校辅导员职业能力提升策略。

With the continuous promotion of the current quality education in China, the ideological and political requirements in colleges and universities are gradually improving, and the role of counselors is more prominent. In order to form a big ideological and political pattern, college counselors should make clear their role in it, and improve their professional ability according to the actual education needs. However, college counselors insufficient initiative, routine training mechanism problems still exist. Based on this, with politics as the background, according to the actual situation, this paper discusses the vocational ability improvement strategies of college counselors under the background of ideological and political thinking from the aspects of motivating self-realization, making training plans, building the three-whole education pattern, improving the management mechanism, strengthening self-education, etc.
