The Influencing Factors and Improvement Strategies of Professional Course Teachers’ Ideological and Political Ability in Applied Private Colleges and Universities

摘要 构建专业课教师课程思政能力测量指标体系,对河南省应用型民办高校专业课教师进行抽样调查,回归分析发现专业课教师课程思政能力的形成是多种因素综合作用的结果,提出了通过厚植专业课教师课程思想政治底蕴、提高课程思政教学设计能力、增强课程思政的协同育人合力、建立健全课程思政评价及保障机制,以提升专业课教师课程思政能力。 This paper constructs a measurement index system for the ideological and political ability of professional course teachers, conducts a sample survey on professional course teachers in applied private colleges and universities in Henan province, and finds that the formation of professional course teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability is the result of the combined effect of multiple factors. Teachers’ curriculum ideological and political background, improve curriculum ideological and political teaching design ability, enhance curriculum ideological and political collaborative education, establish and improve curriculum ideological and political evaluation and guarantee mechanism, so as to improve professional course teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability.
