破解民办高校、独立学院思政课建设难点的思考

调查发现,队伍弱、投入少、教师的归属感弱以及是否真正重视是民办高校、独立学院思政课建设的突出难点;而影响民办高校、独立学院的举办者与决策层对思政课态度的因素有学校性质、政治意识、意志冲突及政策法规等。破解民办高校、独立学院思政课建设的难点,要求回归公益办学,坚持为党育人、为国育才的办学宗旨;进一步加强党对民办高校、独立学院的领导,努力形成三心合力的良性循环;要加强思想引导,引导民办高校、独立学院的举办者与决策层更新思想观念;要完善政策法规,进一步规范民办高校、独立学院思政课建设的管理。

The investigation found that the weak team, little input, weak sense of belonging and whether they really pay attention to it are the outstanding difficulties in the construction of ideological and political courses in private colleges and independent colleges. The factors that influence the attitude of private colleges and independent colleges to ideological and political courses are school nature, political consciousness, conflict of will and policies and regulations, etc. To solve the difficulties in the construction of ideological and political courses in privately-run colleges and independent colleges, we must return to running schools for public welfare, adhere to the principle of educating students for the Party and the country, and further strengthen the Party’s leadership over privately-run colleges and independent colleges, efforts should be made to form a virtuous circle of three minds working together;ideological guidance should be strengthened to guide the organizers and decision-makers of private colleges and independent colleges to renew their ideas;and policies and regulations should be improved, further standardize the management of ideological and political course construction in private colleges and independent colleges.
