河北省构建高质量高职院校心理健康教育体系的研究

Research on Building the Mental Health Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province

高职院校作为培养高素质技能人才的主要阵地,在日常的教学工作中,除了要让学生们掌握夯实的理论基础和多元的实践技能之外,更要求高职院校可以构建高质量的心理健康教育体系,解决当前学生的心理健康问题,帮助他们树立正确的价值观念,养成积极的心态,做出科学的职业选择和价值判断,为高职学生一生的成长奠定心理素质基础。在具体的工作中,需要高职院校能够积极拓宽高职学生心理健康教育的渠道,完善心理健康教育评价体系,并强化师资队伍的建设,全面提高高职院校心理健康教育体系的建设水平,为社会的发展持续不断地输入高素质人才。本文主要研究河北省构建高质量高职院校心理健康教育体系的相关内容。

Higher vocational colleges as the main position of cultivating high-quality skills, in daily teaching work, in addition to let the students master the solid theoretical basis and multiple practical skills, more requires higher vocational colleges can build a high quality mental health education system, solve the problem of students’ mental health, help them set up correct values, develop a positive attitude, make scientific career choice and value judgment, lay the psychological quality for the growth of higher vocational students life. In the specific work, higher vocational colleges are required to actively broaden the channels of higher vocational students’ mental health education, improve the mental health education evaluation system, strengthen the construction of teachers, comprehensively improve the construction level of the mental health education system in higher vocational colleges, and continuously input high-quality talents for the development of the society. This paper mainly studies the construction of the mental health education system in high-quality higher vocational colleges in Hebei province.
