共青团改革背景下,高职院校必须充分发挥学生社团作用。结合新时代新要求,剖析高职院校学生社团建设的现状,应从加强思想引领、严格规范管理、强化队伍建设、尊重学生主体、加大经费投入等方面优化管理,不断增强学生社团的创新活力,打造具有高职特色的社团品牌,使学生社团成为高职院校人才培养体系中的重要力量。

Under the background of the reform of the Communist Youth League, higher vocational colleges must give full play to the role of student associations. Combined with the new era of new requirements, this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of higher vocational colleges, strengthen the thought lead, strict management, strengthen team construction, respect student subject, increase investment in optimize management, enhance the innovation of student associations, build community brand with vocational characteristics, make the student associations become an important force in the talent training system of higher vocational colleges.
