Research on the Path of Integrating Labor Education into College Culture Construction in the New Era

劳动教育是我国高校文化建设中的重要组成部分。目前,我国高校劳动教育课程的安排还较为零散,教师传统的教学理念没有及时地转变,因此,高校应重视劳动教育课程的安排,丰富课堂教学内容,创新实践形式,并通过加强教师队伍建设等方式探索出高校劳动教育的实施路径,形成育人新格局。

Labor education is an important part of cultural construction in Chinese universities. At present, the arrangement of the labor education course in colleges and universities is relatively fragmented, and teachers’ traditional teaching ideas have not changed in time. Therefore, colleges and universities should attach importance to labor education curriculum arrangement, enrich the content of classroom teaching, innovative practice form, to explore the implementation of college labor education and form a new pattern of education through strengthening the construction of teachers and other ways.
