融媒体时代高校广播电视人才的培养探究

融媒体时代,广播电视人才不仅要具备扎实的专业功底,还要具备强大的融媒体素养和高水平的复合型技能,如此才能满足融媒体时代广播电视传媒单位对人才的需求。但当前高校课程设置不合理、育人理念落后、融合型实践教学平台缺乏及师资队伍不完善等,都造成广播电视人才的培养无法满足融媒体时代发展的需求。为此,高校和广播电视学专业教师要以融媒体时代的发展要求为依据,弱化专业课程的界限、更新育人理念,以顺应媒介融合的发展趋势,同时还应寻求与广播电视传媒单位的合作,共建融合型实践教学平台、优化教师队伍建设,为培养广播电视人才的融合型实践技能和综合素养奠定基础。
