现如今,我国大学生的就业形势十分紧迫。难就业的问题除了就业结构性矛盾突出以外,以大学生为主体的待业群体也存在些许问题。作者对大学生就业竞争力的内涵进行了深刻的讨论,客观的剖析了大学生就业竞争力不尽如人意的原因,浅略谈论了大学生应如何提升就业竞争力的具体行径。

Nowadays, the employment situation of Chinese college students is very urgent. In addition to the prominent structural contradictions of employment, there are also some problems in the unemployed groups with college students as the main body. The author has a profound discussion on the connotation of college students’ employment competitiveness, objectively analyzes the reasons for their unsatisfactory employment competitiveness, and briefly discusses the specific ways of how college students should enhance their employment competitiveness.
