独立学院是国家高等教育改革的一种尝试,经过20年的发展已形成一支力量较强的高等教育力量。随着社会经济和科技发展,独立学院的人才培养如何创新发展,寻找新的出路,是当前独立学院面临的急切需要解决的课题。本文从校企合作的办学模式创新为立足点,探讨了独立学院校企合作办学需要解决的问题、难题,提出了校企合作办学的对策与建议。本文研究成果,对促进独立学院改革发展、提高人才培养质量具有一定的理论意义和实践应用意义。

Independent college is a kind of attempt of national higher education reform. After 20 years of development, it has formed a strong higher education force. With the development of social economy and science and technology, how to innovate and develop the talent training of independent colleges and find a new way out are the urgent issues that independent colleges are facing at present. Based on the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation mode, this paper discusses the problems and difficulties that need to be solved in school-enterprise cooperation in independent colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the reform and development of independent colleges and improving the quality of personnel training.
