摘要 基于新中国成立以来政策文本梳理,我国本科高校产业学院发展经历了萌芽、初步发展与探索和全面发展与内涵建设等三个阶段。本科高校产业学院变革主要特征表现在具有深厚的历史渊源、社会需求逻辑驱动改革和基层探索与顶层设计有机结合等方面。当前,产业学院建设存在师资队伍整体工程实践能力偏弱、治理现代化水平不高和体制机制不完善等现实问题。为推动产业学院高质量发展,应采取强化产业学院理论研究、全面推进产业学院治理体系和治理能力现代化与深化产业学院教育教学改革创新等举措。 Based on the sorting out of policy texts since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the development of industrial colleges in China’s undergraduate universities has gone through three stages:the embryonic stage,the initial development and exploration stage,and comprehensive development and connotation construction stage.The development of industrial colleges is characterized by profound historical origin,social demand logic driving reform and organic combination of grass-roots exploration and top-level design.At present,there are some practical problems in the construction of industrial college,such as weak engineering practice ability of the teaching staff,low level of governance modernization and imperfect system and mechanism.In order to promote the high quality development of industrial colleges,measures should be adopted:strengthening the theoretical research and interpretation of industrial colleges;advancing the modernization of governance system and capacity of industrial colleges in an all-round way and deepening reform and innovation in education and teaching.
