摘要
从挡板和夹套两方面对丁苯胶乳反应釜的结构进行改进,使反应釜内介质混合均匀性更佳,换热效率更高,反应更充分,监测更精准。通过应用结构改进后的丁苯胶乳反应釜,节约了成本,缩短了反应时间,降低了能耗,提高了反应转换率和产品质量。
The structure of the styrene-butadiene latex reactor was improved in terms of baffle and jacket,so that the mixing uniformity of the medium in the reactor is better,the heat exchange efficiency is higher,the reaction is more sufficient,and the monitoring is more accurate. By applying the structurally improved styrene-butadiene latex reactor,the cost is saved,the reaction time is shortened,the energy consumption is reduced,and the reaction conversion rate and product quality are improved.
