Design,Simulation and Testing of High-voltage Electrical Box of Rail Transit Vehicle

高压电器箱是轨道交通车辆电气系统的关键部件,承担主电路保护和检测等工作。从电气原理和机械结构两方面对轨道交通车辆高压电器箱的设计进行介绍,并对高压电器箱内部关键部件进行选型。对所设计的轨道交通车辆高压电器箱进行有限元仿真、冲击与振动试验、水密性试验,验证设计的合理性。

The high-voltage electrical box is a key component of the electrical system of rail transit vehicle,and undertakes the protection and detection of the main circuit.The design of high-voltage electrical box of rail transit vehicle was introduced from the aspects of electrical principle and mechanical structure,and the key components inside the high-voltage electrical box were selected.The designed high-voltage electrical box of rail transit vehicle was subjected to finite element simulation,shock&vibration test,and watertightness test to verify the rationality of the design.
