摘要 为了解决企业货物存储问题,设计了基于可编程序控制器控制的自动化立体仓储系统,主要包括穿梭车系统和提升装置系统。以仓库货架质心最低、相同货物先入先出、出入库效率最高为目标函数,建立多目标货位分配优化数学模型,运用遗传算法对目标函数进行求解,对自动化立体仓储系统进行多目标优化。通过对比分析优化前后的货位分配方案及效率,确认优化后货架的安全性、稳定性提高,同类货物分配在一起靠近出口处,使进出货效率提高,由此验证所设计的自动化立体仓储系统可以提高生产效率。 In order to solve the issue of enterprise cargo storage,an automated 3D storage system based on PLC was designed,mainly including shuttle system and lifting device system. With the lowest center of mass on the warehouse shelf,the same goods first-in,first-out,and the highest efficiency in and out of the warehouse as the objective function,a mathematical model of multi-objective cargo allocation optimization was established,and the objective function was solved by genetic algorithm,and the multi-objective optimization of the automated 3D storage system was carried out. Through comparative analysis of the allocation scheme and efficiency of the cargo spaces before and after optimization,it is confirmed that the safety and stability of the shelf after optimization are improved,and similar goods are distributed together close to the exit,so that the efficiency of incoming and outgoing goods is improved,thereby verifying that the designed automated 3D storage system can improve production efficiency.
