摘要
光伏玻璃通过压延成形法制备,用于太阳能组件的盖板,目前最通用的玻璃厚度是3.2 mm。随着光伏市场的需要,技术的研发对薄玻璃需求成倍增加。生产薄玻璃主要是成形工艺如辊前温度、速比、压力和退火等的调整。为了生产出高质量薄玻璃,对成形工艺几个影响因素进行调整,得出最佳工艺参数。
Photovoltaic glass is made by calendering and is used for the cover of solar modules.At present,the most common thickness of glass is 3.2 mm.With the demand of photovoltaic market,the research and development of thin glass technology needs to increase exponentially.The production of thin glass is mainly the adjustment of forming process,such as temperature before roll,speed ratio,pressure and annealing,etc.In order to produce high-quality thin glass,several influencing factors of forming process are adjusted,and the optimum process parameters are obtained.
