摘要
光伏玻璃是光伏电池组件封装的关键材料,要求光伏玻璃具有较高的透过率,以实现电池组件高效的光电转化。通过分析压延工艺及装备对产品透过率的影响,从压延生产工序及压延辊花型上找出影响透过率的原因,并根据生产实践提出了一些相应的对策措施和建议。
Photovoltaic glass is the key material for the packaging of photovoltaic cell modules.It is required that the photovoltaic glass has a high transmittance to achieve efficient photoelectric conversion of the cell modules.By analyzing the influence of calendering process and equipment on the transmittance of products.This paper briefly analyzes the reasons affecting the transmittance from the calendering production process and calendering roll pattern,analyzes the mechanism,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the production practice.
