利用分布式电源注入信号的配电线路故障性质识别技术 被引量:16

摘要 为了解决配电线路的故障性质识别难题,提升配电线路重合闸的安全性,提出一种利用分布式电源注入信号的配电线路故障性质识别技术原理,设计了分布式电源注入信号整体控制逻辑,分析了瞬时性和永久性故障情况下的配电线路等值参数并给出了故障性质识别判据,设计了在失去系统电源情况下输出三相对称电压信号的逆变器控制方案。结合仿真验证了所提方案的可行性与合理性。该方案利用已有的分布式电源装置注入信号实现故障性质识别,具有不需要额外的供电电源、故障检测准确、实施方便及经济可靠等优点。 For solving such problem as difficult identification of fault of distribution line and improving the safety of re-closing operation of distribution line,the principle of fault character identification of distribution line based on injection signal of distributed generation is proposed. The integral control logic of injection signal of distributed generation is designed,the equivalent parameters of distribution line,in case of transient and permanent fault conditions,are analyzed and the criterion of fault character identification is given. Moreover,the control scheme of inverter outputting three-phase symmetrical voltage signal in case of lost of system power is designed. The feasibility and rationality of the proposed scheme are verified by the simulation.The scheme uses the existed injection signal of the distributed generation device for fault identification,and has such advantages as accurate fault detection,convenient implementation and economic reliability without additional power supply.
