摘要
高压断路器中轴封结构的主要作用为密封与导向,设计具有符合国标要求的、高机械寿命的轴封结构是研制、改进SF_(6)电器的基本设计之一。文中参照以往断路器轴封结构的设计经验,结合现有某型号断路器的试验结果,总结了新型轴封结构的设计基本原则,利用Adams软件建立了弹簧操动机构、轴封结构及本体的简化模型,仿真优化了分、合闸过程中密封轴与无油轴承的接触力,确定了无油轴承在密封座中最佳位置,以此减小密封轴与O形圈及无油轴承之间的磨损,从而提高机械寿命。基于此方法设计了一种新型轴封结构,并通过了试验验证。结果表明:所设计轴封结构满足该型号断路器使用要求,同时也验证了设计原则和仿真优化的正确性,对所有直动密封类轴封结构设计具有指导意义。
The main function of shaft seal structure in high voltage circuit breaker is sealing and guiding.The design of shaft seal structure complying with China national standard and high mechanical endurance is one of the basic de-signs to develop and improve SF_(6) electric apparatus.Referring to the previous design experience of shaft seal struc-ture of circuit breaker and combining with the test results of a certain existing type of circuit breaker,the basic design principles of the new type shaft seal structure is summarized in this paper.The simplified model of spring operating mechanism,shaft seal structure and circuit breaker proper is set up by using Adams software,and the contact force between sealing shaft and oil-free bearing during the opening and closed operation of the mechanism is simulated and optimized,the optimum position of the oil-free bearing in the sealing seat is determined so to reduce the wear between the sealing shaft,O-ring and the oil-free bearing,thus improving the mechanical endurance.Based on this method,a kind of new type of shaft seal structure is designed and verified by test.The results show that the designed shaft seal structure meets the application requirements of this type of circuit breaker and,at the same time,also verifies the correctness of design principle and simulation optimization,which has guiding significance for the design of all trans-lation sealing shaft seal structure.
