基于读者服务的高校学术期刊创新发展的调查与分析

摘要 为全面了解浙江省高校学术期刊的读者服务情况,笔者对浙江省85种高校学术期刊进行调研。结果显示,高校学术期刊专业化趋势明显,已基本形成在线期刊网、数据库、微信公众号等网络媒介传播模式,构建了以论文指导为主,以信息咨询、情感交流为辅的读者服务模式;受政策、人力、财力等因素影响,高校学术期刊存在出版周期过长、发展不平衡,微信公众号运营质量参差不齐,读者服务重论文指导、轻信息咨询和情感交流等问题。为此,意识层面上应加强读者服务,拓展读者服务思路;政策层面上应争取领导支持,配备更多人才力保障;执行层面上应落实并细化读者服务内容,尤其运营好期刊微信公众号。 In order to fully understand the current situation of reader service of academic journals in Zhejiang Province,an empirical survey and 55 questionnaires were conducted on 85 academic journals in Zhejiang Province.The results show that the professional trend of academic journals in colleges and universities in Zhejiang is obvious,and a huge array of digital network media,such as online journal network,database and Wechat public number,has been basically formed.With the help of various modern and contemporary media,a reader service mode is constructed,which is mainly based on paper guidance,assisted by information consultation and emotional communication.However,due to factors such as ideology,policy,human resources,financial resources and insufficient support from universities,the publication cycle is too long,the development is not balanced,the opening of Wechat public accounts and the quality of operation are uneven.The reader service focuses on paper guidance,and neglects information consultation and emotional communication,failing to do a good job of serving readers.Consequently,we should strengthen reader service and expand reader service ideas from the consciousness level,strive for leaders'support and more talent guarantee from the policy level,and adopt detailed reader service measures in the implementation level,especially providing good service to readers of Wechat public accounts.
