重大疫情防控中青年志愿服务的价值意蕴及路径优化

The Value Implication and Path Optimization of Young Volunteers’ Service in Major Epidemic Prevention and Control

新冠肺炎重大疫情爆发后,全国广大青年志愿者迅速投入疫情防控战斗,在凝聚抗疫斗争新合力、丰富重大风险应对新进路、构建基层社会治理新格局、推动社会文明程度新提升、形塑当代青年群体新形象等方面体现出独特的价值意蕴。但在疫情防控志愿服务中,组织主体作用发挥不够、联动保障机制不完善、参与者动机多元化、专业技能培训不充分、动员方式创新性不足等多种因素相互交织,也造成“志愿失灵”现象,阻碍着青年志愿服务的价值实现。凸显重大疫情防控中青年志愿服务的独特价值,需要从整合共青团主导的多元参与主体、完善青年志愿服务体系机制、优化青年志愿服务思想引领、加强志愿者专业技能培养、坚持精准化创新化组织动员等方面共同发力、协同推进。

After the outbreak of COVID-19,young volunteers across the country throw themselves into the fight for the epidemic prevention.They reflects the unique value implication in the aspects of gathering new forces in the fight against the epidemic, enriching new approaches to deal with major risks, building a new pattern of social governance at the grass-roots level, promoting the new upgrade of social civilization, and shaping the new image of contemporary youth groups.However, in the voluntary service of epidemic prevention and control, many factors, such as the insufficient action of the main organization, the imperfect linkage guarantee mechanism, the multiple motivations of the participants, the inadequate training of professional skills, and the lack of innovative mode of mobilization, are interwoven, which causes the phenomenon of “voluntary failure” and hinders the realization of the value of youth voluntary service.To sum up, carry forward and optimize the unique value of youth voluntary service in the prevention and control of major epidemic, we need to integrate the multiple participants led by the Communist Youth League, improve the mechanism of youth voluntary service system, and optimize the ideological guidance of youth voluntary service, strengthen the training of volunteers’ professional skills and adhere to the precise and innovative organization mobilization so as to joint efforts to promote the young volunteers’ service in coordination.
