中央苏区时期,中国共产党高度重视党员马克思主义信仰培育,形成了系统的信仰养成机制并积累丰富的经验。这些机制和经验对于新时代中国共产党人马克思主义信仰养成仍具有重要借鉴意义。一是科学理论认知机制:重视理论教育,促进信仰的认知深化;二是情感认同内化机制:注重情感激发,提升信仰的情感认同;三是满足需要动力机制:关注个体需要,激发信仰的内在动力;四是实践强化锻造机制:加强实践淬炼,实现信仰外化于行;五是组织纪律约束机制:强化纪律监督,保持信仰的先进纯洁;六是权利义务保障机制:完善党内制度,夯实信仰的制度保障。

during the period of the Central Soviet Area, the Communist Party of China attached great importance to the cultivation of Marxist beliefs among Party members, and formed a systematic belief cultivation mechanism and accumulated rich experience. These mechanisms and experiences still have important reference significance for the cultivation of Marxist beliefs of Chinese Communists in the new era. The first is the cognitive mechanism of scientific theory: to attach importance to theoretical education and promote the understanding of belief. The second is the internalization mechanism of emotional identity: to deepen emotional mobilization to enhance the emotional identity of belief. The third is the dynamic mechanism to meet needs: to pay attention to individual needs and stimulate the internal motivation of belief. The fourth is the practice strengthening and forging mechanism: to strengthen practice refinement and realizing the externalization of belief in practice. The fifth is to organize the discipline restraint mechanism: to strengthen disciplinary supervision and maintain the belief advanced and pure. And the sixth is to the guarantee mechanism of rights and obligations: to improve the internal Party system and consolidate the institutional guarantee of faith.
