白子菜治疗糖尿病及其并发症的研究进展

糖尿病已经成为威胁人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病之一,随着病情的加剧,会诱发多种并发症的产生,严重影响患者的生活。白子菜是民间常见的中药,含有黄酮类、多糖类、生物碱类等多种成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、降血糖、降血压等作用。通过对白子菜治疗糖尿病及其并发症进行综述,显示出白子菜具有改善胰岛素抵抗、调节糖代谢、调节血脂代谢、改善氧化应激、调节相关信号通路等作用,表明白子菜具有多方面、多层次、多靶点等治疗优势,为白子菜进一步研究提供理论基础。

Diabetes mellitus has become one of the chronic non-communicable diseases threatening human health.With the aggravation of diabetes,it will induce a variety of complications and seriously affect the lives of patients.Gynura divaricata(L.)DC.is a common folk Chinese medicine,which contained flavonoids,polysaccharides,alkaloids and other components.It has anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic and hypotensive effects.Gynura divaricata(L.)DC.to treat diabetes mellitus and its complications has been reviewed,which has effect on improving insulin resistance,regulating glucose metabolism,regulating lipid metabolism,improving oxidative stress and regulating related signaling pathways.It shows that Gynura divaricata(L.)DC.has many therapeutic advantages,such as multi-aspect,multi-level and multi-target,which provide a theoretical basis for further research on Gynura divaricata(L.)DC..
