摘要
目的研究钩藤的化学成分。方法运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法对钩藤进行分离和纯化,并采用NMR、MS等波谱方法鉴定其化学结构。结果从钩藤中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为C-藜芦酰乙二醇(1);2,3-二羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(2);4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基-苯酚(3);rel-5-(3S,8S-dihydroxy-1R,5S-dimethyl-7-oxa-6-oxobicyclo[3,2,1]-oct-8-yl)-3-methyl-2Z,4E-pentadienoic acid(4);4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl sinapic acid methyl ester(5);儿茶素(6);槲皮素(7);去氢假虎刺酮(8);3-hydroxy-β-damascone(9)。结论化合物1~6、8~9为首次从钩藤中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical components of Uncaria rhynchophylla(Miq.)Miq.ex Havil..Methods The compounds were isolated and purified from Uncaria rhynchophylla(Miq.)Miq.ex Havil.by solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography and HPLC techniques.The chemical structures were elucidated by NMR and MS.Results 9 compounds were isolated and identified as C-veratroylglycol(1);2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(2);4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-phenol(3);rel-5-(3S,8S-dihydroxy-1R,5S-dimethyl-7-oxa-6-oxobicyclo[3,2,1]-oct-8-yl)-3-methyl-2Z,4E-pentadienoic acid(4);4-O-β-D-glucopy ranosyl sinapic acid methyl ester(5);catechin(6);quercetin(7);dehydrocarissone(8);3-hydroxy-β-damascone(9).Conclusion Among them compounds 1~6 and 8~9 are isolated from Uncaria rhynchophylla(Miq.)Miq.ex Havil.for the first time.
