中共对新军阀现象之认识(1927—1930)

The Communist Party of China’s Understanding of the Phenomenon of New Warlords,1927—1930

蒋介石发动“四一二”反革命政变前夕,基于蒋介石的反动言论和行为,中国共产党适时提出了新军阀的概念,并指明了新军阀媚外压内的本质及派系斗争的特征。就新军阀战争的认识上,中共既指明了新军阀混战的原因,又揭露了新军阀战争争权夺利的性质,同时还指出了新军阀战争的频繁与庞大规模。在新军阀统治之下,人民群众受到了沉重的压迫和剥削,生活极端困苦,基于此,中共给出了解救民众于苦难的办法,并引导其走向革命之路。

On the eve of Chiang Kai-shek’s“April 12”counter-revolutionary coup,based on Chiang Kai-shek’s reactionary speech and behavior,the Communist Party of China timely put forward the concept of new warlords,and pointed out its nature of pleasing foreign powers and suppressing the internal forces and its characteristic of factional struggle.In terms of the understanding of the new warlord war,the Communist Party of China not only clarified the cause of the new warlord war,but also revealed its nature of struggling for power and profit,and pointed out its high frequency and large scale.Under the rule of the new warlords,the people were heavily oppressed and exploited,and their lives were extremely poor.Based on this,the Communist Party of China gave a way to relieve the people’s suffering and led them to the revolutionary path.The Communist Party of China made full use of the contradictions between them,and developed and strengthened its own strength in the cracks.In consequence,the Red Army’s strength was developed,the base areas were expanded,and the spark was ignited.
