单孔加一完全腹腔镜右半结肠切除术(附视频)

Single-incision plus one port complete laparoscopic surgery in right hemicolectomy

回顾分析上海长征医院肛肠外科于2022年1月5日成功实施的1例单孔加一完全腹腔镜右半结肠切除术。手术顺利,标本系膜完整。手术时间200min,术中出血量约50mL。术后病理示右半结肠黏液腺癌,pT4aNOMO,TNM分期IB期。术后康复效果满意,无并发症,且患者术后疼痛感轻,术后1天下床活动,术后2天流质饮食,术后6天拔除引流管出院。因此,单孔加一完全腹腔镜右半结肠切除术安全可行。

A patient underwent single-incision plus one port complete laparoscopic surgery in right hemicolectomy on Jan 5th,2022 in the Department of Colorectal Surgery,Shanghai Changzheng Hospital.The operation was uneventful.Complete mesocolic excision(CME)was achieved.The operation time was 200 min and the intraoperative blood loss was about 50 mL.Postoperative pathology showed mucous adenocarcinoma,pT4aNOMo,stage II B.The postoperative recovery was satisfactory with minimal the postoperative pain.No complication occurred during hospitalization.The patient ambulated on the Ist day,had a liquid diet on the 2nd day,and discharged from the hospital on the 6th day.In conclusion,singleincision plus one port complete laparoscopic surgery is feasible and safe in right hemicolectomy.
