摘要
选用艾草纤维、薄荷纤维和板蓝根纤维3种黏胶基天然植物抗菌纤维分别开发了14.8tex紧密赛络纺纱线,对工艺流程、工艺参数及生产注意事项进行了分析。利用高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法测试了3种纱线中植物抗菌有效成分的含量,并测试纱线抗菌性及毛羽、条干、强伸等性能指标,从微观结构上对各项性能进行了分析。结果表明:3种纱线都具有优良的抗菌性,其中艾草纤维纱线的抗菌性最好,板蓝根纤维纱线次之,薄荷纤维纱线较差;薄荷纤维纱线断裂强力较大、弹性最好,艾草纤维纱线断裂强力最差、弹性较差,板蓝根纤维纱线断裂强度最高、弹性最差;3种纱线毛羽较少,服用性能良好。
The 14.8 tex compact Siro spinning line is developed with three kinds of viscose based natural plant antibacterial fibers:wormwood fiber,mint fiber and Banlangen fiber.The process flow,process parameter setting and related production precautions are analyzed.The content of plant antibacterial active ingredients in three kinds of yarn is tested by high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography,and the antibacterial property,hairiness,evenness,strength and elongation of the yarn are tested,and then the properties are analyzed from the microstructure.The results show that the three kinds of yarns have excellent antibacterial properties,among which wormwood fiber yarn has the best antibacterial property,followed by Banlangen fiber yarn,and mint fiber yarn is poor;Mint fiber yarn has the highest breaking strength and elasticity,wormwood fiber yarn has the worst breaking strength and elasticity,and Banlangen fiber yarn has the highest breaking strength and elasticity;three kinds of yarns have less hairiness and good wearing performance.
