摘要
从4D打印技术的应用趋势出发,概述了4D打印技术的定义、原理及优势;介绍了4D打印的智能材料分类和工艺技术特点,对4D打印技术在生物医疗、纺织服装、军事设备、航空航天等领域的应用进行了深入研究;最后,阐述了4D打印技术的发展趋势,并对今后的研究方向提出展望。研究结论表明:4D打印技术改变了传统工业打印的方式,能够创造出自组装、自修复、有适应能力的新事物,可加快数字化应用的步伐,具有较强的技术优势。
Starting from the application trend of 4D printing technology,the definition,principle and advantages of 4D printing technology are briefly outlined,and the classification of 4D printing smart materials and the characteristics of process technology are introduced in detail.The application of 4D printing technology in biomedical,textile and clothing,military equipment,aerospace and other fields is deeply studied,and finally,the development trend of 4D printing technology is expounded,and the prospect of future research is put forward.The research conclusion shows that 4D printing technology has changed the way of traditional industrial printing,could create new things with self-assembly,self-repair,and adaptability,show strong technical advantages,and promote the industry to speed up the pace of digital application,with broad scope prospects.
