摘要
基于压力-状态-响应(pressure-state-response,PSR)模型构建了涵盖社会经济、自然资源、生态环境3个准则层的水生态承载力评价指标体系,采用熵权法和变差系数法组合赋权的逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)模型综合评价了江西省德安县2012—2018年的水生态承载力状况,利用障碍因子诊断法分析了影响德安县水生态承载力的主要因素。结果表明:德安县水生态承载力总体上处于中级水平,从时间变化趋势上看,2012—2018年德安县水生态承载力呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,其中2015年水生态承载力最低。总的来看,影响德安县水生态承载力的主要障碍因子分别为废水治理措施设施处理能力、第三产业占比、年末总人口、城镇化率、氨氮排放量和第二产业占比。为保障德安县水生态承载力处于一个较好的水平,在今后的发展中需注重优化产业结构,提高废水治理措施设施处理能力,加强水土保持工作。
Based on the pressure-state-response(PSR)model,an evaluation index system of water ecological carrying capacity covering three criterion layers of social economy,natural resources and ecological environment was constructed.The water ecological carrying capacity of De’an County in Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2018was comprehensively evaluated by technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)model based on entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method.The main factors affecting the water ecological carrying capacity of De’an County were analyzed by obstacle factor diagnosis method.The results showed that the water ecological carrying capacity of De’an County was generally at an intermediate level.The water ecological carrying capacity of De’an County decreased firstly and then increased from 2012 to 2018,and the water ecological carrying capacity was the lowest in 2015.In general,the main obstacle factors affecting the water ecological carrying capacity of De’an County are the treatment capacity of wastewater treatment facilities,the proportion of the tertiary industry,the total population at the end of the year,the urbanization rate,the ammonia nitrogen emissions and the proportion of the secondary industry.In order to ensure that the water ecological carrying capacity of De’an County is at a good level,it is necessary to pay attention to optimizing the industrial structure,improving the capacity of wastewater treatment facilities,and strengthening the work of soil and water conservation in the future development.
