摘要
超声检查无创、便捷,可用于头颈部脉管肿瘤的辅助诊断、术前评估和随访病情变化。超声技术包括灰度成像、彩色多普勒成像、三维彩色频谱多普勒和弹性成像。本文根据国际脉管疾病研究学会(ISSVA)提出的脉管肿瘤新分类,回顾分析相关的临床和超声特征,包括婴幼儿和先天性血管瘤、化脓性肉芽肿、丛状血管瘤和卡波西样血管内皮瘤,旨在为临床诊疗提供参考。
Ultrasound is a non-invasive and convenient tool for diagnosis of vascular tumors of the head and neck,pre-operative evaluation and follow-up of disease changes.Ultrasound technologies include grayscale imaging,color Doppler imaging,three dimensional color Doppler and elastography.This article summarized the ultrasound examination methods of these lesions based on the new classification of vascular lesions proposed by International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies(ISSVA),and reviewed the relevant clinical and ultrasound features including infantile and congenital heman-gioma,pyogenic granuloma,tufted angioma and Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma,in order to provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
