线纹海马早期性腺发育的组织学形态分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用组织学切片及VASA抗体的免疫荧光技术解析了线纹海马的性腺发育与分化过程.结果显示:在早期性腺发育过程中,雌性线纹海马体长为12 mm时,体腔背部出现生殖嵴;体长为17 mm时,原始性腺开始分化,形成卵巢腔;随后卵巢开始发育,最后在体长为40 mm时,卵巢发育成熟.雄性线纹海马生殖嵴出现的时间与雌性相同,但是性腺分化比雌性时间略晚,雄性线纹海马在体长为22 mm时,原始性腺才开始分化,形成精小叶.最后在体长为45 mm时,精巢发育成熟. In this study, histological sections and VASA antibody immunofluorescence technique were used to analyze the gonadal development and differentiation process in Hippocampus erectus. The results showed that during the early gonadal development, when the body length of the female seahorse was 12 mm, the genital ridge appeared on the back of the body cavity. When the body length was 17 mm, the primordial gonads began to differentiate and form the ovarian cavity. The ovaries then began to develop, and finally matured when the body length was 40 mm. The genital ridge of male Hippocampus erectus appeared at the same time as that of female, but the gonadal differentiation was slightly later than that of female. When the male Hippocampus erectus was 22 mm long, the primordial gonads began to differentiate and form seminal lobules. Finally, when the body length was 45 mm, the testis developed and matured.
