青钱柳叶片总黄酮含量测定及代谢组学分析 被引量:2

摘要 以福建安溪桃舟4-11月青钱柳中叶为研究对象,分析不同月份总黄酮含量变化,探索以总黄酮为指标的最佳青钱柳叶片采收月份.结果表明,青钱柳叶片中总黄酮含量较高的月份是4、7、10月,最低的月份是5月,因此以总黄酮为指标的采收月份应以4、7、10月为最佳.通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测10月青钱柳老叶、中叶和嫩叶的黄酮类代谢物,结果表明,不同生长阶段叶片的代谢物存在差异,老叶中差异代谢物数量最多,多集中于山奈酚及其糖苷类物质. In order to find out the best harvesting time with the highest flavonoids yield, the middle leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus growing in Taozhou of Anxi from April to November were used as the research object to analyze the content changes of total flavonoids. The results showed that April, July, and October were the months with the highest content of total flavonoids, and May was the lowest. Therefore, April, July, and October should be considered as the best harvesting months for total flavonoids. Ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) was used to detect the flavonoid metabolites in old leaves, middle leaves, and young leaves picked in October. The results showed that there were differences in leaf metabolites in different growth stages, and the number of differential metabolites in old leaves was the largest, mostly concentrated in kaempferol and its glycosides.
