基于《泰山乡镇企业职工大学发展史研究》,通过毕业生学习创业的案例分析,总结了泰山乡镇企业职工大学的办学理念、办学模式和办学经验,重点从办学定位、人才培养、课程体系、办学资源等方面探讨了应用型本科高校建设的方向和路径。

Taishan Township Enterprise Staff University has embarked on a road of application-oriented and professional school-running in its seventeen-year history.By implementing open schools,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and giving full play to the advantages of running schools by the industry,the characteristics of high-quality application-oriented talent cultivation have been formed,and the breadth and depth of talent cultivation have been improved.Based on the Research on the Development History of Taishan Township Enterprise Staff University,this paper summarizes the school-running philosophy,model and experience of township enterprise staff university through the case analysis of graduates’ learning and entrepreneurship.In terms of resources and other aspects,the direction and path of the construction of application-oriented undergraduate universities are discussed.
