意识形态工作队伍建设是意识形态工作的首要前提、必要条件、关键所在,建立一支适应时代需要的意识形态工作队伍,对增强中国共产党领导力、提升社会主义意识形态话语权具有重大理论意义和实践价值。当前,意识形态工作队伍建设存在部分领导干部思想信念不坚定、队伍建设制度不健全、意识形态工作者素质参差不齐、宣传工作手段单一、人民群众受网络意识形态多元化冲击严重等问题,应以加强工作队伍理论知识学习、完善意识形态工作考核机制、扩大意识形态工作队伍规模、培养选拔全方位意识形态工作人才、拓展意识形态队伍工作方式为优化路径,实现新时代我国意识形态工作方式方法的改革与创新。

The construction of ideological work team is the primary premise,necessary condition and key point of ideological work.Establishing an ideological work team that meets the needs of the times is essential for enhancing the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the discourse power of socialist ideology,which has great theoretical significance and practical value.At present,the construction of the ideological work team has problems such as the lack of firm ideological beliefs of some leading cadres,the unsound team building system,simple way of publicity,and people being seriously affected by the diversification of online ideology.Thus,the study of theoretical knowledge of the work team should be strengthened,the ideological work assessment mechanism should be improved,the scale of the ideological work team should be expanded,all-round ideological work talents should be cultivated and selected,and the working modes of the ideological team as the optimized path should be expanded,through which reform and innovation of the methods of ideological work in China in the new era can be realized.
