闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的可行性及临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析自2017-01—2021-02采用闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗的20例NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折,采用疼痛VAS评分、改良肩关节UCLA评分、肩关节功能Contant-Murley评分评定术后患者恢复情况。结果 20例均获得随访,随访时间平均23.4(12~36)个月。随访期间未出现髓内钉断裂、髓内钉周围骨折、深部感染、骨折复位丢失、骨折不愈合等并发症。骨折均于术后3个月内愈合,术后3~6个月均取出弹性髓内钉。末次随访时疼痛VAS评分为0~1分,平均0.4分;改良肩关节UCLA评分为30~35分,平均33.4分;肩关节功能Contant-Murley评分为88~100分,平均94.1分。19例恢复伤前活动水平和工作能力。结论 闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折具有微创优势,可提高骨折愈合率,恢复良好的肩关节功能,降低并发症发生率,但是还需要进一步探讨手术适应证。
