摘要 动车组空心车轴是高铁动车的关键承载部件,其安全十分重要。通过分析国内外空心车轴超声波探伤检测的现状,研制了新型移动式空心轴超声波自动检测设备。此设备可对国内现役各型动车组空心车轴进行超声波探伤,针对探伤检测过程中出现的各类波形进行分析和判别,甄别出误报的干扰波,确认空心车轴的疲劳裂纹缺陷,从而保证动车组空心车轴的质量和高铁动车组的行车安全。 The hollow axle of CRH is the key bearing component of high-speed railway train,and its safety is very important.This paper introduces a mobile hollow axle ultrasonic flaw detector,which uses different angle probes installed on the probe rod,and uses the motor to drive the probe frame to rotate,move forward and backward,so as to detect the defects of different parts of the hollow axle and realize automatic prediction.This paper introduces the principle and composition of the equipment and the discrimination method between real defects and false alarm defects.
