人防地下室给水排水设计初探

Research on Water Supply and Drainage Design of Civil Air Defense Basement

人防建设作为国防建设的重要组成部分,为保障人民的生命和财产安全提供了有力支撑。人防地下室既能满足战时掩蔽要求,又能在平时服务于人民生活需求。在人防工程设计中,给水排水作为建筑工程的配套工程,在整体工程中起到至关重要的作用。以某人防地下室为例,从其战时给水系统、战时排水系统、固定电站给水排水和供油系统、平战转换、防护措施等方面具体探讨了设计过程中的重点和难点,并结合规范提出了合理、可行的技术手段,以期为今后设计达到人防地下室的功能要求、提高工程质量提供参考和借鉴。

Being an important part of national defense construction,civil air defense construction ensure the life safety and property.The civil air defense basement can not only satisfy the cover needs in wartime,but also serve the daily life in peacetime.As the supporting design of building engineering in civil air defense,water supply and drainage plays a vital role in the engineering.Based on a civil air defense project,this paper discusses the key and difficult points of the water supply and drainage design from the aspects of water supply system in wartime,drainage system in wartime,water supply and drainage system and oil supply system of stationary electric power plant,peacetimewartime transformation.According to design standards,the reasonable and feasible technical means are given to meet the functional requirements and improve the project quality.
