摘要
盾构开挖过程中刀盘和刀具容易发生磨损破坏。以福建省福州市滨海快线第3标段1工区盾构段工程为例,对复合地层条件下的盾构机刀盘修复技术进行了研究,详细介绍了刀箱、刀座、辐条等刀盘部件的割除、定位、焊接、修复和更换技术,提出了刀具更换标准,并分析和示意了滚刀磨损极限相关状况,可为类似复合地层刀盘修复提供经验与参考。
In the process of shield excavation,the cutter head and the cutter are prone to wear.Taking the shield section of No.1 of the 3rd bid of Binhai Express Line in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province as an example,and the repair technology of the shield machine cutter head in composite strata are studied.The cutting,positioning,welding,repair and replacement of cutter head parts such as cutter box,cutter holder and spokes are introduced in detail.The standard of cutter replacement is put forward,and the related condition of hob wear limit is analyzed.The paper can provide experience and reference for cutter head repair in similar composite strata.
