中药材车前草本草考证及现代药理学分析

车前草入药时间悠久,最初时以车前子记载于《本经》,其中主流为被子植物门双子叶植物纲车前目车前科车前属植物车前Plantago asiatica L,而除此之外还有中华药典所记载的平车前Plantago depressa Willd,等多种车前属植物。从车前草的名称及别名、采收季节及常见产地、植物草本形态等方面进行本草考证。通过现代化学成分分析和药理研究,分析总结车前草化学成分及抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗抑郁、肾脏修复等功能。对古籍中车前草的药物功能主治和配伍进行收集和整理,并通过进行细致的对比研究证明古时使用的正统药材为车前草。

Before the drug for a long time,originally recorded in the mainstream for angiosperms door before the car before Plantago asiatica L,and in addition to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia recorded in the Plantago depressa Willd,and other kinds of plants,this article will be from the name and alias,harvest season and common origin,herbal form of herbs.Through modern chemical composition analysis and pharmacological research,plantain chemical composition and anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antibacterial,immune regulation,anti depression and renal repair were analyzed and summarized.The drug function treatment and compatibility of plantain in ancient books were collected and sorted out and proved that the orthodox medicinal materials used in ancient times were proqian through careful comparative research.
