摘要
为平衡单一情感化设计带来的设计者主观因素影响与QDF/TRIZ指导下产品设计过于理性、缺少情感温度之间的矛盾,将采用QFD/TRIZ集成理论对空气净化器进行情感化设计。通过情感三层次理论,从视觉层面、交互层面、心理层面分析空气净化器的产品质量要素,并结合问卷和访谈整理得出的9项用户需求,导入QFD理论构建质量屋,根据质量屋矩阵分析得到产品特性的重要程度排序和冲突矛盾,运用39个工程参数和40个发明原理将冲突矛盾进行TRIZ问题转化,最终利用No.14曲面化、No.6多用性、No.1分割、No.3局部质量4个发明原理进行设计实践。QFD/TRIZ理论与情感化设计的结合,最大限度实现了用户的真实需求,为未来智能家居产品设计趋势提供新的方向。
In order to balance the contradiction between the subjective factors of the designer brought about by the single emotional design and the overly rational product design under the guidance of QDF/TRIZ and the lack of emotional temperature, the QFD/TRIZ integration theory will be used to emotionally design the air purifier. Through the emotional three-level theory, the paper analyzes the product quality elements of the air purifier from the visual level, interaction level, and psychological level and combined with the questionnaire and interview collation of nine user needs, the QFD theory is introduced to build a quality house. According to the quality house matrix analysis to obtain the importance of product characteristics of the ranking and conflict contradictions, 39 engineering parameters and 40 invention principles are used to transform the conflict contradiction into TRIZ problem. Finally, by using No.14 surface, No.6 multi-purpose, No.1 segmentation, No.3 local quality, the four invention principles of local mass are designed in practice. The combination of QFD/TRIZ theory and emotional design maximizes the real needs of users and provides a new direction for the future design trend of smart home products.
