金川三矿区多中段协同开采下分段巷道变形破坏特征研究 被引量:4

Study on the Deformation and Damage Characteristics of Segmental Roadways Under Collaborative Mining of Multi-Levels in Jinchuan No.3 Mine Area

摘要 针对金川三矿区3中段协同开采期间分段巷道破坏严重的问题,运用地质统计方法调查了各分段巷道的破坏特征;采用数值计算方法构建三维数值模型,并对协同开采中各分段巷道变形特征、围岩破坏范围、应力演化特征进行分析;在此基础上,建立了3中段协同开采扰动下分段巷道破坏理论分析模型,探讨了分段巷道破坏机理。研究结果表明:在协同开采扰动和原始地应力的共同作用下,1330m分段巷道整体变形破坏最为严重,1110m分段巷道的破坏程度次之,1438m分段巷道的破坏程度最小;1438m分段巷道变形破坏部位的主要位于底板与近扰动帮,1330m分段巷道的破坏部位主要位于近扰动侧,1110m分段巷道的破坏部位主要位于顶板与近扰动帮;各分段巷道不同区域破坏程度较为一致。研究结果为三矿区3中段协同开采条件下的分段巷道维护和灾害防治提供了理论依据。 To address the problem of serious damage to the segmented roadways during cooperative mining of three levels in Jinchuan No.3 mine area,the damage characteristics of each segmented roadway were investigated by geological statistics method.The three-dimensional numerical model was built by numerical calculation method,and the deformation characteristics,surrounding rock damage range and stress evolution characteristics of each segmented roadway in the cooperative mining were analyzed.On this basis,the theoretical analysis model of segmented roadway failure under the disturbance of cooperative mining of three levels was established,and the damage mechanism of the segmented roadway was discussed.The study results show that under the combined effect of the synergistic mining disturbance and the original ground stress,the overall deformation and damage of the 1330mroadway is the most serious,followed by the 1110mroadway,and the 1438mroadway is the smallest.The deformation and damage parts of the 1438mroadway are mainly located in the bottom plate and the near-disturbed side,that of the 1330mroadway is mainly located in the near-disturbed side,and that of the 1110 m roadway is mainly located in the roof and the near-disturbed side.The damage degree in different areas of the segmental roadway is relatively consistent.The study results provide a theoretical basis for the maintenance and disaster prevention of the segmented roadways under the cooperative mining of three levels in Jinchuan No.3mine area.
