摘要
目的:对比分析我国流动人口与户籍人口接受心理健康教育的状况及其影响因素,为提高流动人口心理健康素养,促进基本公共卫生服务均等化提供参考依据。方法:利用2017年中国流动人口卫生计生动态监测健康数据,采用卡方检验、结构方程模型探讨流动人口与户籍人口心理健康教育接受情况及影响因素。结果:流动人口和户籍人口心理健康教育接受率分别为35.3%和50.2%。结构方程模型显示,社会融合通过健康与公共服务因素影响流动人口与户籍人口心理健康教育接受水平,流动特征通过社会融合、健康与公共服务因素对流动人口接受心理健康教育产生影响。结论:居民心理健康教育接受水平较低,流动人口心理健康教育接受水平低于户籍人口,应从卫生服务利用者、卫生服务提供者两方面提高流动人口心理健康教育接受水平。
Objective To compare and analyze the status and influencing factors of mental health education acceptance between floating and registered population in China,so as to provide references for improving the mental health literacy of floating population and promoting the equalization of basic public health service.Methods Data were obtained from the 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS).Chi-square test and structural equation modeling were performed to investigate the associated factors of mental health education acceptance between floating and registered population.Results The acceptance rate of menta health education for floating and registered population was 35.3%and 50.2%,respectively.The results of structural equation modeling showed that social integration factors affected the level of mental health education acceptance of floating and registered population through health and public service factors,and the migration factors affected the mental health education acceptance o the floating population through social integration,health and public service factors.Conclusion The residents’mental health education acceptance level was low,which was lower in floating population.It is suggested to improve the level of mental health education acceptance of floating population from the perspectives of health service users and health service providers.
