基于Web of Science的中医药治疗慢性肾脏病相关文献计量与可视化分析

Bibliometric and visual analysis of research hotspot and trend of chronic kidney disease treated bytraditional Chinesemedicinebased on Webof Science

目的通过对有关中医药治疗慢性肾脏病的相关文献进行计量、可视化分析,从而探究该领域的研究历史、热点及发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science数据库,检索时间为建库至2020年7月2日前发表的中医药治疗慢性肾脏病的相关文献,应用Citespace 5.5、SATI软件对文献的发表年份、学科分布、期刊来源、作者、机构、关键词进行计量和可视化分析。结果共获得290篇文献题录,发表时间跨度为2000年至2020年,发文量总体呈现上升趋势,尤其在2015年发文量显著上升。发文量较多的期刊有民族药理学杂志、美国肾脏病学会杂志、国际肾脏病杂志等。重要学者有李平、何立群、赵英勇等,发文量最大的机构是上海中医药大学。关键词可视化分析结果显示主要关键词有纤维化、氧化应激、炎症、细胞凋亡等,其研究热点有中医药治疗慢性肾脏病机制、中药单体及复方活性成分、中药治疗慢性肾脏病预后。结论中医药治疗慢性肾脏病的主要研究热点以中医药治疗慢性肾脏病的机制研究、中药活性成分及预后为主,扩大研究的切入点和研究范围,进一步指导临床诊断和治疗。

Objective To made a bibliometric and visual analysis of the literature related to the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The research history,hot spots and development trend of this field can be explored.Methods The Web of Science database was searched to obtain the relevant literature on the treatment of chronic kidney disease with TCM published before July 2,2020.Citespace 5.5 and SATI software were used to quantitatively and visually analyze the publication year,discipline distribution,journal source,author,institution and keywords of the literature.ResultsA total of 290 literature titles were obtained.The publication time span was from 2000 to 2020,and the number of articles showed an overall upward trend,especially in 2015.The journals with a large number of articles were Journal of Ethnopharmacology,Journal of the American Society of Nephrology,International Journal of Nephrology,etc.The important scholars included Li Ping,He Liqun,Zhao Yingrong,et al.The institution with the largest number of publications was Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Keyword visual analysis showed that the main keywords are fibrosis,oxidative stress,inflammation,and apoptosis.The research hotspots include the mechanism of TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease,TCM monomer and compound active ingredients,and the prognosis of TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease.Conclusions The main research hotspots in this field are mainly the mechanism of TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease,the active ingredients of TCM and the prognosis.The entry point and scope of research should be expanded,and further clinical guidance should be given in this field.
