山东烟威地区1146例泌尿系结石成分分析 被引量:3

Analysis of 1146 cases with urolithiasis componengts in yantai and weihai region of shandong province

摘要 目的分析山东烟威地区1146例泌尿系结石的成分,为本地区的结石预防提供依据。方法选取2017年5月至2020年10月在本院收治的1146例泌尿系结石的结石标本,应用红外光谱法进行结石成分测定,并结合临床资料进行统计分析。结果泌尿系结石最多见的为输尿管结石(68.85%)。上尿路结石主要成分以一水草酸钙为主,下尿路结石主要成分以无水尿酸为主。多数不同成分结石的男性患者多于女性患者(P<0.05),但感染性结石(主要以六水磷酸铵镁为主)是女性患者高于男性患者(P<0.05)。结论对山东烟威地区泌尿系结石患者根据结石分布特点及成分分析针对性的采取相应的治疗、预防措施,在临床结石疾病的治疗、预防及减少复发中具有重要意义。 Objective To analyzed the epidemiological situation of patients with urinary calculi and provided the basis for the prevention and treatment of urinary calculi in Yanwei area.Methods A total of 1146 patients with urinary calculi treated in our hospital were collected from May 2017 to October 2020,and the components were measured by the infrared spectroscopic analysis and analyzed combined with the clinical data.Results Urinary calculi were mainly distributed in the upper urinary tract,and the most common was ureteral calculi(68.85%).Calcium oxalate monohydrate is the main component of upper urinary calculi and anhydrous uric acid is the main component of lower urinary calculi.Most stones of different composition were more common in male patients than in female patients(P<0.05),but infectious stones(mainly magnesium ammonium phosphate hexahydrate)were more common in female patients than in male patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with urinary calculi in Yanwei area of Shandong province should take corresponding treatment and preventive measures according to the distribution characteristics and composition analysis of stones,which is of great significance for the treatment,prevention and reduction of recurrence of clinical stone diseases.
