基于中国抗癫痫协会新版脑电报告系统的癫痫患者脑电大数据初分析

Preliminary analysis of epilepsy patients’ EEG big data based on CAAE new EEG reporting system

摘要 目的 探讨中国抗癫痫协会(China Association Against Epilepsy,CAAE)新版脑电报告系统的科研应用价值,并初步探索三级综合癫痫中心脑电大数据库的建立模式。方法 回顾性分析于2021年5月—2022年5月在清华大学玉泉医院癫痫中心行脑电图检查、同时应用CAAE新版脑电报告系统出具脑电报告的门诊患者,共纳入6 380例,与既往本癫痫中心的数据库进行数据整合,结合已有数据库的信息进行大数据初分析。结果 在6 380例患者中,正常脑电报告2 253例(35.3%),异常脑电报告4 031例(63.2%),界限性脑电图96例。各年龄段比例分别为儿童3 290例(51.0%)、成人1 372例(22.0%)、青少年753例(12.0%)、幼儿730例(11.0%),婴儿235例(4.0%)。共计1 466例(23.0%)患者记录到发作事件,其中癫痫发作874例,占总发作事件的60.0%;非癫痫事件517例,占总发作事件的35.0%。结论 新版脑电报告系统可以提供大量可研究的脑电数据资料,起到临床指导作用,是今后数据共享、大数据研究的重要工具。 Objective To discuss the scientific research and application value of the new China Association Against Epilepsy(CAAE) EEG reporting system, and to explore the model of establishing EEG database of tertiary comprehensive epilepsy center. Methods A retrospective study was performed on outpatients who underwent EEG examination at the Epilepsy Center of Tsinghua University Yuquan Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022, and who also received EEG reports using the CAAE new EEG reporting system. We integrated the data of these 6 380 patients with the previous database of our Epilepsy Center, and combined the two for the preliminary big data analysis. Results Among 6 380patients, normal EEG was reported in 2 253 cases(35.3%),abnormal EEG in 4 031 cases(63.2%), no definite abnormality in 96 cases. According to age groups, there were 3 290 cases in children(51.0%), 1 372 cases in adults(22.0%), 753 cases in adolescents(12.0%), 730 cases in infants(11.0%) and 235 cases in infants(4.0%).A total of 1 466(23.0%) patients were recorded with paroxysmal events, including 874(60.0%) epileptic events. 517(35.0%) non-epileptic events. Conclusion The new EEG reporting system can provide a large number of researchable EEG data to guide clinical work, and it is an important tool for data sharing and big data research in the future.
