摘要
发射初速精度极大地影响着抛体对目标的命中概率,是发射装置必须分析的关键指标之一。据此,分析了同步感应线圈炮初速精度的影响因素,并设计了一个三级同步感应线圈炮,在Maxwell 2D环境中建立了其柱对称二维模型。基于此模型,分别计算了各级线圈脉冲电源初始电压、线圈电阻(变化范围±10‰)对初速的影响,从中分析了此两个参数对初速精度的影响程度。分析结果对同步感应线圈炮的优化设计、性能提升以及应用拓展等具有一定参考意义。
The accuracy of the initial speed greatly affects the probability of the projectile hitting the target,and it is one of the key launcher indicators that must be analyzed.Based on this,the influencing factors of the initial velocity accuracy of the synchronous induction coilgun are analyzed,and a three-stage synchronous induction coilgun is designed.A two-dimensional axisymmetric model of the three-stage coilgun is built using Maxwell 2D.Based on this model,the effects of the voltage of each coil's pulse power supply,the resistance of coil(These 2 parameters vary in range±10‰)on the initial speed are calculated.The degree to which each parameter affects the accuracy of the initial velocity is analyzed according to the calculation results.These results have certain reference significance for the optimization design,performance improvement and application expansion of synchronous induction coilgun.
