C^(4)ISR系统电子侦察情报保障人员能力边界分析

摘要 文章通过电子侦察任务,梳理了情报保障人员工作内容、应具备的能力。分析了任务执行中处理地面已知目标、未知目标及空中目标典型任务时序图及任务时间占比,依据典型任务时序图,针对地面固定目标、不明海上及空中目标侦察条件下,给出了单位时间内电子侦察情报保障人员目标处理数量边界数。建立了电子侦察情报保障人员能力分析模型,利用此模型对人员能力进行了验证。最后给出了情报保障人员能力边界的作用。 Based on Electronic Reconnaissance(ER)mission,this paper points out the task content and capability that an intelligence support personnel should have.It analyses the typical task sequence diagram and time proportion of the disposed known targets,unkonwn targets and air targets in task.According the typical task sequence diagram,on conditions of ground fix target,unkonwn sea and air target,the limitation of disposed target number that an ER intelligence support personnel can ensure is given out.The analysis model of ER intelligence support personnel ability is established.Personnel ability is validated by using this ability analysis model.At last the effect of intelligence support personnel ability confine is given out.
