摘要
为了提高隧道用水泥土的力学性能,选择P.O 42.5硅酸盐水泥作为材料,掺入不同添加量和长度的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维,并进行拉伸强度试验。研究结果表明:当在水泥土中添加PVA纤维后,被拉试样先从最大强度快速减小至某一值,之后趋于相对稳定的状态;加入纤维后获得了更高的拉伸强度;PVA纤维/水泥土呈现塑性破坏的特点,拉伸性能并没有彻底失效,形成了一定残余强度。本研究开发的PVA纤维/水泥土加强了水泥土的综合性能,具有很好的应用价值。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of the tunnel cement,P.O 42.5 portland cement was selected as the material,and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fiber was mixed with different amount and length,and the tensile strength test was carried out.The research results show that when PVA fiber is added to the soil-cement,the stretched sample first decreases rapidly from the maximum strength to a certain value,and then tends to a relatively stable state.Higher tensile strength is obtained by adding fiber.The PVA fiber/soil-cement showed the characteristics of plastic failure,and the tensile properties don’t fail completely,and a certain residual strength is formed.The PVA fiber/cement-soil developed in this study enhances the comprehensive properties of cement-soil and has good application value.
