摘要
为获得应用性能更好的水泥基复合材料,以聚乙烯醇纤维与玄武岩纤维为混掺对象,保持纤维总体积掺量不变,通过设计不掺纤维、单掺聚乙烯醇纤维、单掺玄武岩纤维以及不同纤维比例混掺等对比方案,对水泥砂浆的流动性、抗压、抗折强度以及干缩性能等进行了研究。结果表明:适当比例的聚乙烯醇纤维和玄武岩纤维混掺,能有效提升水泥砂浆的综合性能;聚乙烯醇纤维和玄武岩纤维体积比为2∶3时,砂浆的韧性、抗裂性均最佳,为最优配比。
In order to obtain cement-based composite materials with better application performance,polyvinyl alcohol fiber and basalt fiber were mixed as the mixing object,and the total volume of fiber was kept unchanged.Through the design of comparative schemes such as no fiber,single polyvinyl alcohol fiber,single basalt fiber and different fiber ratios,the fluidity,compressive,flexural strength and dry shrinkage performance of cement mortar were tested.The results show that the proper proportion of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and basalt fiber can effectively improve the comprehensive performance of cement mortar,the toughness and crack resistance of mortar are the best when the volume ratio of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and basalt fiber is 2∶3.
